Piccies taken with my period(ish) 120 camera, as ever 1/4 failed to develop and a few lost with the fading light . FJ and SS in the Scottish countryside, some of the prisoners we captured , and a few of the Deputy Fuhrer as we waitied till dark to make our way to the coast .
First and second shots are more than excellent. No digital+ Photoshop malarkey can compare with the real thing.
You do seem to have Photoshop'd the Home Guard Captain into one of the frames though - a funny joke!
I'm loving shooting in BW film, although the "sunny 16" rule lets me down often .
A Home guard Captain eh? we thought it was some bumbling fool farmer dressed up as a toy soldier.....he was shot whilst feebly attempting to escape .
Great pics Guy.

The pre 1945 Zeiss Ikons with the fold out view finders come up on ebay lots for between £30 -90 . I've got a Nettar which is cheaper and dates form 1949 . Watch out for lens fungus as its unremovable according to CW . Beware though they come in large format as well
Excellent pics. I prefer the ones that don't quite come out.
Those are great.
